Atelier Rouge
"Atelier Rouge", a chocolate and baked goods store, is located on the first floor of the Inn.
Our patissier, who has trained in Belgium, combines bonbon chocolates using Belgian chocolate and baked sweets using fermented butter with carefully selected Japanese ingredients to create chocolates and baked sweets that are handmade one by one so that you can feel the aroma of cacao and butter.
