・About cancellation
Cancellation fees will be charged within the following timeframes when cancellations are made. Please confirm in advance.
1 month to 2 weeks prior to the event: 10% of the fee
1 week to 3 days prior to the event: 30% of the fee
2 days prior to the event: 50% of the fee
The day before or on the day of the event: 100% of the fee (also for no-show without notice.)
・Entry to the Inn for your stay
Our Inn is completely reserved by our guests.
The entrance to the Inn is locked by auto-lock and guests are responsible for opening and closing the door by themselves.
The PIN number will be emailed to you the day before your stay or a few days before.
・Front Desk Support
We are a private Inn. Therefore, there is no staff on duty.

Parking lot
We have a parking lot (for one car) for the exclusive use of our guests. Free of charge.
